Yoooo, I’m Tim. Co-Founder of Bae Juice. I started the brand from scratch, bootstrapped it in the early days and eventually brought in investment, landed retailers, generated PR, and had a few pretty viral moments along the way.
More than anything, I know what it actually feels like to build a startup. The long hours, the constant problem solving, the moments where you have no idea if you’re making the right decision but you keep going anyway. I’ve been there.
My coaching style is pretty simple. No formalities, no PowerPoints, no corporate coaching frameworks. Just honest conversations, hands on advice, and sharing what I’ve learned from building businesses in hospitality and FMCG.
I’m also BIG on connecting people. If I know someone who can help you, I’ll introduce you. If there’s a shortcut I wish I knew earlier, I’ll share it.
Oh and I’m always contactable. None of this “I’ll reply during business hours” thing. When you’re building a startup every hour is business hours.
